To know whether a deep fried chicken is nice or not…
The deep fried Chicken skin should be crispy and oily (??) enough…
properly marinated…. And when you bite on the skin….
the oily part of the skin just so… “splashhhh…”
Your teeth will be a little oily, smooth and mmmm……..
Check this out….. Hah! I know it’s unhealthy, but how many types of food when you categorize it as NICE and YUMMY is ALWAYS healthy anyway? :P very very seldom ;)

Unfortunately, I was not in the mood for the Deep Fried Chicken on that day…
I ordered the wrong thing. I was asking the girl, FRIED Chicken, is it stir fry? or Deep Fried?
She told me STIR FRIED!
I was DARN hungry when I was ordering the food! So i thought, oh well, stir-fry, why not?
But when it came out!! URGHSSS! It’s NOT Stir Fry!!! It’s deep fried!
