D’orangee’s is a car wash place cum cafe style onsite… it’s quite a nice cosy little cafe. They do serve reasonably nice food there too! :)

Usually friends would gather there for a chat or perhaps just to be there to get a carwash, while enjoying the Free WIFI and get a little work stuffs done, while awaiting for your car to be ready.

The first time when I went to D’Orangee, I kinda got a little lost, cause the shop is visible from the roadside, however the cafe just didn’t have a big enough signage. You can see it clearly from the other side on the road, however, as and when you’re looking for the signage following the road towards SMK Green Road, with Shell station on your right… You should be able to see D’Orangee on your left hand side, situated right at the junction before the Junction of the traffic light.

It took me awhile to remember though.

Anyway, I’ve only been there twice… this is my second time.

Here’s some recommendation for the food. I personally do love their Belacan Fried Rice, Potato Salad and Chocolate Oreo Crush or something…
I can’t remember the name for this drink, but it’s got something to do with Oreo and Coffee as well

Milo Dinosaur

This is not bad, could have been richer in chocolate/cocoa powder and milkier on the inside….. *did my sentence just sounded weird?* trallaaaa.. anyway, u know what i mean…….

Potato Salad

Belacan Fried Rice
*This is highly recommended!* I love the sambal. I don’t know why it has a little difference as compare to the first time when I try it… anyway, it still taste just as good though…..

Mushroom Soup
*mmm… I do have high expectation on Mushroom soup though… so I’m not gonna comment on this… By far, only MY RESTAURANT’S mushroom soup meets my requirement…. :P It’s worth the try though…..

Hah!!! I thought Berrette was nice! Lo and behold, it is NOT!

It’s oily…. it was too salty! And the staffs were not friendly at all….. I felt dizzy after having it. I’m not sure if it was the cook’s problem cause the day when I was there, the laksa wasn’t good at all. There were 7 of us and still everyone said it’s not nice. I wonder why?! If only one person out of 7 that said it’s not nice, maybe that person has very unique taste, but it’s 7 out of 7 that voted out… so what have i got to say? Picture will speak it all too!

The shophouse is actually located at the smaller single story shophouses. It’s next to a Tailor Shop… ^ ^ Opposite Lian Jun Restaurant.

I thought the food there is quite nice. Nothing fancy or anything to shout about… but if you do want the “Malaysian Way type of breakfast”… then perhaps you should consider having this “light soupy” breakfast from this shop.

Me & Bro had a simple Lunch together. We had our lunch at HIANG MUN LOW Coffee Shop, BDC Commercial Area – opposite the place where we stay :)

In that particular shop, the public usually highly recommend the KLANG BAK KUT TEH… I don’t know why it’s nice… But I don’t find the taste anything to shout about ;) The coffee shop is usually pack during lunch hours!

There are quite a few types of food there… The one which I really like is the KOLO MEE cook by a Chinese skinny/petite looking Lady….

The time when I was there for lunch, the lady has finished selling the KOLO MEE… So I have to eat Bak Kut Teh instead and we ordered also steamed Chicken as our side dish.

Oh well…. Pictures as follow:

I think the best is still the fragrant rice… hahaha! Not really the bak kut teh?

Honestly speaking, we didn’t think the ice blended fruit drinks were NICE AT ALL!
My Berry Berry taste like the COUGH SYRUP,
which doctor prescribed for me when I have cough!
And Fiona’s Guava taste practically like ICE BLENDED PLAIN WATER….
The ONE point of 10 is for the “Smooth” ice….

And Look at the PRICE!!!! DARN!!!! It’s TOO EXPENSIVE for that quality!

The “COUGH SYRUP” was the darker Pink &
the supposedly “Pink Guava” which taste like Ice Blended Plain Water….

Nevertheless some Garlic Bread & Onion Rings
Rating: 5/10

And I think the BEST OVERALL
is CHILI CALAMARI RINGS!!!
Rating: 9.5/10
