The company site for Ishiya is here. You can even see a short movie about how these cookies are made. A friend of mine in Chengdu last week opened up for me a precious box of these cookies brought all the way from Hokkaido and they were indeed delicious.

No I don’t own a shop, I’m only blogging about what I think is nice and vice versa…. u may need to find the supplier for the biscuit. If u’ve been to singapore before, u can try to check out the shopping mall called ION… there’s a shop there selling something similar as well :) good luck! :)
